As a consumer, you have the right, pursuant to Art. 15 GDPR, to request information from us as to whether we process your personal data. If we have processed your personal data, you have the right to information about:
purposes of processing,
Categories of personal data processed by you,
Recipients or categories of recipients to whom your personal data will be disclosed, in particular recipients in third countries,
where possible, the envisaged period for which your personal data will be stored or, if not possible, the criteria used to determine that period,
the existence of a right to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing of personal data concerning you or a right to object to such processing,
the existence of a right of appeal to a supervisory authority for data protection,
the available information about the data origin, unless the personal data was collected from you as the data subject
where applicable, the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, and meaningful information about the logic involved, as well as the scope and intended effects of automated decision-making,
if applicable, in the case of transmission to recipients in third countries, unless there is a decision by the EU Commission on the adequacy of the level of protection pursuant to Art. 45 (3) GDPR, information on which appropriate guarantees are provided for the protection of personal data pursuant to Art. 46 (2) GDPR.
10.1 Correction and completion
If you discover that we have inaccurate personal data concerning you, you can request that we immediately correct this inaccurate data in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR. If your personal data concerning you is incomplete, you can request that it be completed.
10.2. Deletion
According to Art. 17 GDPR, you have the right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”), unless processing is necessary to exercise the right to freedom of expression, the right to information or to fulfill a legal obligation or to perform a task carried out in the public interest and one of the following reasons applies:
The personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were processed.
The sole justification for the processing was your consent, which you have withdrawn.

Your personal data has been processed unlawfully.
The deletion of personal data is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation to which we are subject.
There is no right to erasure if, in the case of lawful, non-automated data processing, erasure is not possible or only possible with disproportionate effort due to the special nature of the storage, and your interest in erasure is limited. In this case, restriction of processing shall take precedence over erasure.
10.3. Restriction of processing
You can request that we restrict processing in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR if one of the following reasons applies:
You contest the accuracy of the personal data. In this case, you can request restriction of processing for a period enabling us to verify the accuracy of the data.
The processing is unlawful and you request that the use of your personal data be restricted instead of deleted.
We no longer need your personal data for the purposes of processing, but you need it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.
You have lodged an objection pursuant to Art. 21 (1) GDPR. Restriction of processing may be requested as long as it has not yet been determined whether our legitimate reasons outweigh yours.
Restriction of processing means that personal data will only be processed with your consent or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims or to protect the rights of another natural or legal person, or for reasons of important public interest. Before lifting the restriction, we are obliged to inform you.
10.4. Data portability
According to Art. 20 GDPR, you have a right to data portability if the processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 letter a) or Art. 9 (2) letter a) GDPR) or on a contract to which you are a party and the processing is carried out using automated procedures. In this case, the right to data portability includes the following rights, provided that this does not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others: You can request that we receive the personal data you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format. You have the right to transmit this data to another controller without hindrance from us. Where technically feasible, you can request that we transmit your personal data directly to another controller.

This also applies to profiling based on Art. 6 (1) Sentence 1 Letter e) or Letter f) GDPR. After exercising your right of objection, we will no longer process your personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.

10.6. Revocation of consent
According to Art. 7 (3) GDPR, you have the right to revoke your consent at any time with future effect. You can revoke your consent informally by telephone, email, or to our postal address. Upon receipt of the revocation, the data processing that was based exclusively on your consent will be discontinued.
10.7. Complaint
If you believe that the processing of personal data concerning you is unlawful, you can lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority responsible for the place of your residence or work or for the place of the alleged infringement, in accordance with Art. 77 GDPR.
